AutoDraft provides software for UK financial advice firms. For data protection queries, contact us via the details shared in your contract or book a walkthrough and ask for privacy.

What we collect on this website

• Information you submit in forms (for example name, email, and firm) to request resources or a demo.
• Basic analytics about how pages are used, where enabled, to improve the site and measure interest in our product.

Lawful basis

We process demo and download requests on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Customer data is processed under contract and as described in your agreement.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to follow up and to meet legal or regulatory obligations. Retention for production customer data is defined in your contract.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to complain to the ICO. Contact us to exercise these rights in relation to data we hold about you.

International transfers

We design our service around UK and EEA hosting for client data. Where subprocessors operate outside the UK/EEA, we use appropriate safeguards as required by law.
